3. Ticket Bookings
Tickets may be purchased via the official APAs website only. A booking is only confirmed when payment has been received in full and a booking confirmation email has been issued. Ticket prices are listed in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable.
4. Ticket Transfers
Paid tickets may be transferred to another attendee, by updating the booking details on your account.
5. Refund Policy
All ticket purchases and award entry fees are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued in circumstances including but not limited to: inability to attend, travel disruption, illness, or personal scheduling conflicts. By purchasing tickets or submitting entries you acknowledge and accept this policy.
6. Award Entries
Entry submissions must be completed via the official APAs entry system. Entrants are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and submitted before the relevant deadline. Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted. AudioUK reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements. AudioUK reserves the right to withdraw any category from the final shortlist and ceremony if it receives fewer than 7 eligible entries. In the event that a category is withdrawn, entry fees paid for that category will be refunded in full. Entrants will be notified as soon as possible should this occur.
7. Rights to Submitted Material
By submitting content as part of an award entry, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the material, and that submission does not infringe the rights of any third party. The material may be used by AudioUK for judging purposes. You grant AudioUK a non-exclusive licence to use submitted materials for purposes relating to judging, promotion of the Event, and marketing of the APAs.
8. Event Changes
We aim to deliver the Event as described but reserve the right to change the Event date, change the venue, modify the programme or schedule, or replace speakers, presenters or performers. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
9. Event Cancellation
If the Event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, AudioUK may at its discretion offer refunds for ticket purchases. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees including travel, accommodation or other expenses.
10. Force Majeure
AudioUK shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where this results from events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, venue closure, industrial disputes, or technical failures.
11. Event Conduct
All attendees must behave respectfully towards other guests, nominees, sponsors, staff and venue personnel. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
